mixed feelings about my stay
slow check-inhumming noise
The check-in process was rather slow. i waited in line for about 40 minutes, though multiple counters were open. my room had a persistent humming noise, possibly from the air conditioning system. it was noticeable at night and disrupted my sleep. The hotel didn't offer a solution when i reported it.

Fantastic Stay with Unmatched Service

I was charmed by the very nice customer service. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the premium services team, was attentive. The location is very convenient. I easily walked to nearby attractions (nature domes, for example) and exhibits at the ArtScience Museum. I appreciated the direct connection to the subway system for exploring the city. The variety of dining options, with great prices, was another highlight. I am looking forward to coming back.
I wish I had been informed beforehand to better plan my mornings.

lovely stay!

the room, a sands premier double queen, felt luxurious. i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. i was greeted warmly and given towels near the pool, a nice touch. david, the concierge for the suite, provided amazing service.

staff was nice and helpful. dennis by the pool was kind. jenny lifeguard was polite. pool area was a relaxing place late evening. i liked visiting early morning too.
the check in process took longer than expected. this was a bit frustrating.

i used the fitness center. alif and oddie were helpful Staff. The fitness center was clean and high tech. the showers had dyson hair dryers.
there was a storm and the rooftop pool evacuated. my phone was trapped there. it took weeks to get them to post it back to me.
